Visa and Passport

Each person who travel to China MUST have a visa with a valid passport. Teams whom may participate in the Great Wall Cup of Beijing should use a tourism visa. Normally it should be simple and easy to apply for a tourist visa to China, however, it also depends on different situation in different countries.

The tournament organization committee could offer an invitation to those who need one for visa application.Teams who require invitation for visa MUST paid amount of deposite of booking a space for the tournament.

For more information regard to apply for a tourism visa to China, please consult your local visa agency or Chinese embassy. 

Please note: It is the responsibility of each team that they respect the rules of entering the People’s Republic of China. If the team (coach, players, accompanants) - from any reason - is not able to enter China, and cannot appear in the place of the Tournament (city of Beijing), or in the Airport,  then the Great Wall Cup organizers do not take any responsibility for any damages or loss. The organizers of the Great Wall Cup do not have any payback guaranties in this case, and they do not have any further responsibility.
