Each person who wishes to travel to China MUST acquire a visa with a valid passport. Teams to participate at the Great Wall Cup of Beijing should use a tourist (L) visa. In general it should be simple and easy process to acquire a tourist (L) visa to China, however, it circumstances may depend upon situation in different countries.
The tournament organization committee will offer an invitation letter to those who in need for visa application. Teams who require an invitation for visa MUST pay the initial deposit fee for a booking space of the tournament.

Please note: It is the responsibility of each team that they MUST respect the laws upon entering the People’s Republic of China. If the team (coach, players, accompanists) – for any reason - is unable to enter China, and cannot appear in the place of the Tournament (city of Beijing), or in the Airport, then the Great Wall Cup organizers do not take any responsibility for any damages or loss. The organizers of the Great Wall Cup do not have any payback guaranties in this case, and they do not have any further responsibility.
